Visit of the Sergeant Major of the Georgian Armed Forces at the Command and Staff College.

Sergeant Major of the Georgian Armed Forces visited Command and Staff College.

Within the framework of visit, Sergeant Major discussed challenges and achievements of the armed forces.  He also emphasized the importance of strengthening discipline, physical readiness, individual combat training as well as professional development. Sergeant Major also overviewed current and planned projects that will boost to the effectiveness of the Sergeants’ institutional development and will support armed forces on the way of fulfilling set goals.  

Meeting was interactive. Command and Staff College trainees had an opportunity to ask questions on such issues like the role of the Sergeant within the ’’Operations Management Philosophy’’. Sergeant Major outlined the importance of Sergeant’s active engagement role at the implementation process of the Operations Management Philosophy.
