The Visit of the Former President of Latvia at the National Defence Academy
In the framework of the 2015 European Week in Georgia, the former president of the Republic of Latvia, Mr. Vladis Zatlers visited National Defence Academy. The week is organized by the Information Center on NATO and EU.
The Rector of NDA, Colonel Irakli Gegechkori hosted the Latvian guest.
Mr. Zatlers also met with the NDA Bachelor School Junkers and delivered a lecture on “Challenges facing European and Euro-Atlantic Coalitions”.
The second part of the lecture had an interactive nature, during which Junkers asked questions to the guest mainly regarding to the integration of Georgia with the European Union and NATO.
