Distance Learning Center
The Distance Learning Center is an educational unit of the LEPL - David Aghmashenebeli National Defence Academy, which was officially established in 2020. Since the establishment of the center, the legal base has been actively regulated, in particular, the regulation of the distance learning center and the rights and duties of the employed persons have been approved. Based on the order of the Commander of the Defence Forces, the distance learning capacity development policy, the distance learning development strategy, and the five-year action plan were developed and approved.
The goal of the Center
The main goal of the Center is the introduction of distance learning in the defence forces and the system of the Ministry of Defence, the promotion of education, the creation of quality, modern, and flexible training facilities based on modern technologies, and the principles of distance learning.
Vision
To introduce distance learning and make it available to the Ministry of Defence and Defence Forces of Georgia.
The main mission of the Center
The Distance Learning Center ensures continuous and high-quality management of the training process at the National Defence Academy, as well as coordinates the development of distance learning opportunities in the Defence Forces and sharing of experience with foreign partners.
