Main functions

The responsibilities of the Center include the following:

a) Creating and implementing a unified system of exams at the Academy.

b) Promoting the improvement of educational standards.

c) Organizing mid-term, final, and remediation written and electronic (test) exams at the Academy.

d) Developing draft rules and instructions to regulate the exam process within its authority.

e) Publishing the schedule for mid-term, final, and remediation written exams each semester, following the completion of academic registration.

f) Monitoring the electronic registration of students.

g) Analyzing the exam process and results and submitting these findings to the Rector.

h) Preparing exam documentation based on materials submitted by the relevant structural units of the Academy.

i) Compiling summary data on examination results and academic performance.

j) Conducting periodic monitoring of the registration of current assessments for Junkers/students and ensuring the submission of relevant documentation and reports on this matter.

k) Ensuring the confidentiality of examination materials.

l) Forming a bank of examination questions and other examination materials and uploading them into the examination database with the involvement of the Academy's faculty.

m) Preparing materials on the academic performance of Junkers/students and transferring them to the training department of the G3/G2 service of the headquarters, as well as to the relevant structural units of the Academy.

n) Ensuring the calculation of Junker semester rating scores and transferring this information to the training department of the G3/G2 service at the headquarters.

o) Preparing the mark sheets for the students.
