Scientific-practical conferences were held at the Academy

On May 19, the National Defense Academy hosted online scientific-practical conferences: "The Role of Information Technology during the Global Pandemic” - in the field of Informatics, "Modern Management Challenges" - in the field of Management, and "National Security in the Local and Global Context"- in the field of Defense and Security.

The Deputy Rector of the National Defense Academy, Colonel Davit Razmadze addressed the conference participants with a welcoming speech. Representatives of the National Defense Academy as well as various educational institutions and state agencies reported on their own works.

Particularly noteworthy is the participation of military researchers working on important issues for the Defense Forces, such as mathematical models and the optimization of Defense Forces combat operations.

During the conferences, speakers discussed topical issues such as: responsibility and avoidance of it, information technology and pandemic management, the concept of the Big Strategies and its evolution. The conference was distinguished by its interactivity and high interest from the participants; many interesting questions were asked by the participants and plans for the future relationship were also outlined.
