The Academy honored the memory of the heroes fallen in the War in Abkhazia
Today, the National Defence Academy honored the memory of the heroes killed in the War in Abkhazia.
Rector of the National Defence Academy, Brigadier General Mamia Balakhadze laid a wreath at the memorial of the heroes who died in the fight for the territorial integrity of Georgia. The event was attended by the Deputy Rectors and the personnel of the Academy.
At the end of the event, the Academy chaplain, Father Thadeus, paid his last respects to the fallen heroes.
