A classroom named after Ilia Chavchavadze was opened in the Academy

There is another piece of news at the National Defence Academy.

Today, the rector of the National Defence Academy, Brigadier General Mamia Balakhadze, opened the room named after Ilia Chavchavadze together with the leadership and Junkers of the Academy.

It is symbolic that today we celebrate the 185th birthday of great Ilya. Therefore, the rector emphasized the service of this great man to the homeland in his speech and noted that the immortal name of Ilia Chavchavadze would once again remind us of the responsibility of each of us to unceasingly follow the path of truth and selfless service to the homeland.

Classrooms with historical significance provide additional motivation to the Junkers in the correct formation of state thinking.
