Visit of Representatives of the US Naval Academy
From June 5 to 9 this year, the National Defence Academy hosted the visit of the representatives of the US Naval Academy.
Six cadets of the US Naval Academy and the head of the group, Captain Mark Vogel, were on a working and educational visit to the Academy. Within the framework of the visit, the guests got acquainted with the current educational processes in the Academy. Apart from the working meetings, the guests were also involved in various sports events and daily activities.
As part of the cultural-cognitive tour, the cadets visited the historical sights of Mtskheta, the Uplistsikhe Museum-Reserve and the Historical-Ethnographic Museum of Gori.
The purpose of the visit was to deepen partnership relations between the academies, to familiarize the guests with the National Defence Academy and the country.
