Academy is actively involved in planting and maintaining greenery in its area

The National Defence Academy is actively involved in planting and maintaining greenery in its area. Brigadier General Mamia Balakhadze, the Rector of the Academy, along with the Junkers of the Training Battalion, students of the Candidate Course, and the employees of the Academy recently participated in planting conifer trees. In the last few years, more than 800 deciduous and coniferous trees and plants have been planted on the territory of the Academy and its surrounding areas. The Academy plans to continue organizing similar events in the future as well.
