Junkers participated in the leadership conference held at the US Naval Academy.
As part of exchange programs with foreign higher military educational institutions, the fourth-year Junkers of the Training Battalion of the LEPL David Aghmashenebeli National Defence Academy of Georgia, Giorgi Khikhadze and Konstantine Razmadze, participated in the leadership conference held at the US Naval Academy.
The conference included three main panel and discussion topics: Humility as a Small Unit Leader, Sticking to your “Why”, and Leading with Responsibility: The Continuum of Learning". Acting and retired senior military personnel were invited to speak on the mentioned topics. Cadets of different military academies of the USA, as well as delegates of foreign military academies and university students, participated in the conference. After discussing the topics, cadets, and students reviewed and deliberated on how to apply and expand the information shared in their working groups.
