Military Cooperation with Great Britain in Military Education deepens

Today Memorandum of Understanding has signed between the Georgian National Defence Academy and the United Kingdom Defence Academy. The document was signed by two countrys rectors of the highest military institutions - Zurab Agladze and Peter Watkins.

According to the memorandum, the meetings will be held intensively between the Military Academies of Georgia and UK, which implicates refinement of academic and administrative personnel skills. From today, military and civilian programs implementation, quality management and exchange of ideas about educational methods will start between the two countries’ highest military institutions.

 Personnel of Academies will provide each other with recommendations for preparing publications. Also, MoU provides language training and implementation of educational courses by specialists.

Today Rector of National Defence Academy introduced current reforms and educational programs in the military institution to the British guests. The two sides also discussed potential partnerships. At the end of the meeting, the British guests viewed Academy infrastructure.
