The ceremony of awarding the personnel of the Academy was held at the Academy parade ground

Today, the ceremony of awarding the personnel of the Academy was held at the National Defense Academy parade ground.  Brigadier General Mamia Balakhadze, the Rector of the Academy, presented the "David Aghmashenebeli" and "Junker" statuettes to the personnel in recognition of their exceptional contributions to the institution's development, their diligent and high-quality execution of their responsibilities, and their significant efforts in organizing educational facilities.

Under the authority of the Rector of the Academy, 6 military servicemen and 4 civilians were presented with certificates of honor and personal gifts. Additionally, in recognition of their outstanding performance in discipline, academic pursuits, and physical training, 3 Junkers and 1 Candidate Course student received personal gifts from the Rector. Lastly, to conclude the event, distinguished Junkers raised the national flag.
