Tamaz Jologua at NDA

Philologist Tamaz Jologua visited NDA, where he delivered the lecture to the Captain Career School listeners on the subject of “Identity and Function of Nation, according to Ilia Chavchavadze”.

At the beginning of the lecture he discussed the period of Ilia Chavchavadze in order to better evaluate the unfading trace he left. During the lecture he talked about the characteristics of national identity: language, history and religion (culture) from ilia Chavchavadze’s point of view. He also mentioned Europe as the perspective of development for the country based on Ilia Chavchavadze’s opinion. At the end of the lecture Captain Career School listeners asked questions regarding the public and political life of Ilia Chavchavadze.

After the lecture Tamaz Jologua viewed the Academy infrastructure.
