The European Law Students’ Associations Representatives at NDA

The European Law Students’ Associations (ELSA) Representatives visited the NDA.

In the framework of the visit, the Academy held the conference on the topic of the “U.S.  Military Justice System”.

The Speakers at the conference were NDA American Advisory Team (GDIT) Director Mr Merrill Sholder Blackman and the Advisors Mr David Charles Helma and Mr William Richard Clifton.

During the conference the Administrative Actions, Non-judicial Punishment (Article 15) and the Court Martial processes were discussed, which are the 3 processes of the U.S Military Justice System.

After the conference, the participants discussed the possibility of creating the Military Tribunal system in Georgia and its advantages and disadvantages.

At the end of the meeting, the parties gave each other the certificates.
