Minister of Defence of the Republic of Lithuania at NDA
In the framework of the official visit in Georgia, today, the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Lithuania, Mr. Juozas Olekas visited NDA.
The Rector of NDA, Mr. Zurab Agladze hosted the Lithuanian Guest. During the meeting, the Rector of NDA introduced to the Lithuanian Defence Minister the history and structure of the Academy, existing Military and Civilian Schools and the future activities. The parties also discussed the memorandum signed between the Military Academy of Lithuania and the National Defence Academy.
The Deputy Minister of Defence, Mr. Mikheil Darchiashvili and First Deputy Chief of Staff, Brigadier-General Vladimer Chachibaia also attended the meeting.
After the meeting, Mr. Olekas viewed the Academy infrastructure and the material-technical base.
