Workshop on “Leadership” for NDA Leadership
In the framework of the cooperation between Partnership for Peace Consortium (PFPC) and National Defence Academy, four day workshop on “Leadership” was held for NDA Leadership.
International faculty team of PFPC, Commander Andreas Hildenbrand and Dr. Iryna Lysychkina conducted the workshop for NDA Leadership.
During the workshop, the participants had an opportunity to gather detailed information regarding different leadership styles, leadership as a process and stress management through theoretical and practical exercises.
