Effective Communication Skills Training
“Effective Communication Skills Training” is held for the military and civilian personnel of the National Defence Academy. Three day training was opened by the Deputy Rector of NDA, Mr. Erekle Chigogidze.
The purpose of the study is to develop the communication skills among military and civilian personnel of NDA. After the training the participants will be able to deliver the message with positive attitudes, to prevent the misinterpretation of the information, to identify non-verbal “signals” and provide an appropriate response.
By the invitation of the NDA Professional Development Center the Head of the Social-Psychological Support Department, the Division of the Moral and Psychological Support of the Troops, J-1 Department of General Staff of GAF, Ms. Nino Japharidze will conduct the training.
