Lecturer of Baltic Defence College at the Academy
In the framework of the memorandum of understanding signed between Georgia and Sweden, today, the lecturer of Baltic Defence College, Lieutenant-Colonel Mathias Järvare visited the National Defence Academy.
Lieutenant-Colonel Järvare delivered the lecture on “Leadership in International Environment” to the Bachelor School Junkers. During the lecture he discussed the characteristics of good leader, indirect and direct leadership.
The above mentioned lecture found a great interest among the future officers. At the end of the lecture, Junkers were given an opportunity to ask questions to the guest on relevant topics.
