The Lecture Of Randolph Tyson In The Framework Of Speakers Program

Retired U.S. Army Special Forces Master Sergeant Randolph “Rock” Tyson visited the National Defence Academy.

Master Sergeant Tyson delivered the lecture to the Captain Career School Listeners and the Bachelor School Junkers on "Living Leadership".

During the lecture he discussed the traits and characteristics of a leader and based on his personal experience he shared with audience the examples of good and bad leaders.

At the end of the lecture, he talked about the courage of military personnel and highlighted the importance of being a good leader.
