Mr. Thomas Kossendeys visit at National Defence Academy
In the framework of “Speakers Program”, the Chairman of the Advisory Board “Leadership Development in the German Armed Forces” to the Federal Minister of Defence Mr. Thomas Kossendey has visited the National Defence Academy. As part of his stay Mr. Kossendey visited the territory of the academy and delivered the lecture on “The guiding principle of the ‘citizen in uniform’ and leadership development in the German Armed Forces” to the Bachelor School Junkers. Lecture related to the approaches such as "Internal leadership", "citizen in uniform" in the German Armed Forces and the means of realization of these principles. Future officers found the above mentioned lecture very interesting. At the end of the lecture, Junkers had a chance to ask questions on relevant topics to Mr. Kossendey.
