Leader Development Programme at the National Defence Academy
Today, the Commander of the Training Battalion, LTC Roman Janjulia delivered the presentation to the NDA personnel regarding the “Leader Development Programme”. The programme is developed in accordance with the requirements and values of the GAF.
The purpose of the Leader Development Programme is to improve Junkers’ leadership skills and to help them become successful leaders. In the framework of the programme, Junkers will be evaluated individually and based on their performance on different Command and Staff positions.
The meeting was concluded in an interactive way.
