Trainings For NDA Personnel
LEPL – Academy of the Ministry of Finance has organized training for NDA personnel on “Budgetary Organizations Tax Payment and the Budget Classification”, “Presentation Techniques”, “Principles of Leadership and Team Work” and “Inventorying at the Budgetary Organizations”.
The purpose of the above mentioned training is to provide career development opportunities and improve relevant skills for the NDA personnel working in structural units.
In the framework of the training, participating familiarized themselves with budget classification, mastered presenting methods, techniques of preparing the necessary materials for the presentation and the ways of delivering the information to the audience. The also learned the principles of team work and the rules of conducting inventory within the organization.
National Defence Academy is actively involved in the professional development process of its personnel by organizing different training and professional development courses.
