Cybercorner Opening at the National Defence Academy

Today, at the National Defence Academy was held the Cybercorner opening ceremony. The first cybercorner in Georgia was opened by the LELP Cybersecurity Bureau at the NDA Library, where NDA Junkers, Listeners, Instructors and Defence Sector personnel will have an opportunity to view the literature regarding the cybersecurity.

The Ceremony was opened by the Acting Rector of NDA, Malkhaz Makaradze and Director of Cybersecurity Bureau, Mr. Andria Gotsiridze.

The literature at the cybercorner includes topics regarding the cybersecurity management, local and international law, international relations, social and military aspects of cybersecurity.

The purpose of the cybercorner is to raise awareness and develop cybersecurity at the academic level, and also to provide an educational base for training future cyber-specialist.   

Today, the memorandum of understanding was signed between the National Defence Academy and the Cybersecurity Bureau.

The representatives of the Ministry of Defence of Georgia and GAF and the Foreign Military Attaches accredited in Georgia attended the event.
