National Defence Academy signed the Memorandum of Understanding with the International Black Sea University
Today, the Acting Rector of NDA, Lieutenant-Colonel met with the Rector of the International Black See University, Professor, Doctor Ilyas Ciloglu.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the opportunities for cooperation development and the new initiatives.
The Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the National Defence Academy and the International Black Sea University. In the framework of MoU, NDA and IBSU will carry out joint research projects, educational and professors-teachers’ professional development programmes.
