The Lecture of Zura Mkheidze for the Bachelor School Junkers
Today the psychology instructor-analyst, psychologist Zura Mkheidze delivered the lecture on the leadership and people management skills to the Bachelor School Junkers.
Based on his personal experience Mr. Mkheidze discussed the leadership styles, the importance of relationships, communications and the management skills. The topic found great interest among future Officers.
During the second half of the lecture the Junkers asked questions to Mr. Mkheidze regarding the characteristics of good leader.
