The Lecture on Leadership and People Management
Today the psychology instructor-analyst, psychologist Zura Mkheidze delivered the lecture on the leadership and people management skills to the Listeners of NDA Officer Training Candidate Course.
Based on his personal experience Mr. Mkheidze talked about the leadership styles and the people management skills. He also discussed the punishment and encouragement strategies. The topic found great interest among future Officers.
During the second half of the lecture the Listeners asked questions to Mr. Mkheidze regarding the relevant topics.
