Colonel Ivan Allains Lecture at the National Defence Academy
Today, the Canadian Defence Attache, Colonel Ivan Allain visited the National Defence Academy.
In the framework of the visit, Colonel Allain delivered the lecture to the Junkers’ Battalion Junkers on “Canadian Armed Forces and Leadership Programme”.
During the lecture the guest talked about the Canadian Armed Forces and the characteristics of a Leader, based on his personal experience he shared with audience the examples of good and bad leaders.
The lecture found great interest among Junkers. The future Officers asked questions to the guest regarding the relevant topics.
