Lithuania-Georgia Joint Exercise at the National Defence Academy

The National Defence Academy of Georgia is hosting Lithuania-Georgia Joint Brigade level map exercise (MAPEX) for the NDA and Lithuanian Command and Staff College listeners.

Today, the Chief of General Staff of the Georgian Armed Forces, Major General Vladimer Chachibaia discussed the on-going reforms in the Georgian Armed Forces and the existing challenges with the exercise participants.

The Lithuania-Georgia joint exercise includes lectures and practical work. The main purpose of exercise is to develop joint tactical/operational capabilities. As a part of the exercise the participants will also visit the Training and Military Education Support Centre "Krtsanisi".
