Admission

Applicants must hold at least a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent academic qualification.

To be admitted to the Master's programme, applicants must:

Pass the Unified Master's Exams;

Pass the Academy's entrance exam in the relevant field of study;

Pass the English language exam organized by the Academy at STANAG 6001 Level 2/2/2/2, or submit a certificate confirming English language proficiency at CEFR B2 or higher (or an equivalent TOEFL, IELTS, ECL, or another internationally recognized English language qualification), or submit a diploma/certificate confirming successful completion of an English-language higher education programme or a military career course (e.g. CCC);

Pass the Academy's internal interview. The interview topics will be published on the Academy's website at least two weeks before the examination date;

Applicants eligible for admission without taking the Master's entrance examinations shall be enrolled in accordance with the applicable legislation.

10 places:

Military personnel of the Defence Forces of Georgia;

Civilian personnel and persons holding special ranks within the Ministry of Defence system.

5 places:
3. Employees of Georgian state institutions.

5 places:
4. Civilian citizens of Georgia.

Applications will be accepted from 31 August to 11 September 2026, from 09:00 to 17:00, except on 4 and 15 September, when applications will be accepted from 09:00 to 15:00, at the Ministry of Defence Security Checkpoint. (Address: 117A Davit Uznadze Street, Tbilisi.)

The entrance exam for the Master's degree programmes in State Resources Management will be held on September 21, 2026. (Address: - Tbilisi, D. Uznadze 117a).

Candidates admitted to the course must report to the Master's Office on September 21, 2026, and register at 09:00; the exam will begin at 10:00. (Address: - Tbilisi, D. Uznadze 117a)

The English language entrance examination will be held on 16 September 2026. (Address: National Defence Academy, 3rd Kilometre, Tskhinvali Highway, Gori.)

Candidates must report to the National Defense Academy on September 16, 2026, and register at 10:00; the exam will begin at 11:00. (Address: National Defence Academy, 3rd Kilometre, Tskhinvali Highway, Gori.)

Application form (completed upon submission);

Autobiography (completed upon submission);

Copy of the national ID card;

Copy of the biometric passport of a Georgian citizen (if unavailable, it may be submitted later);

Bachelor's diploma and diploma supplement (copy) (or a notarized original translation into Georgian of the document certifying education received at a foreign educational institution (in the absence of a diploma or equivalent document, a certificate of qualification);

Original and copy of a document confirming English language proficiency at CEFR B2 level (certificate, diploma, or other official document);

Copies of other certificates (if applicable);

Six colour photographs (3×4 cm);

Certificate of employment (for applicants who are not officially nominated by a state institution for admission to the Academy's Master's programme);
