Main functions

The main functions of the Junker Training Battalion include:

 

a) Enhancing the quality of the teaching and learning process. 

b) Organizing and overseeing training based on specific specialties. 

c) Promoting the professional development of personnel. 

d) Improving the personal, moral, intellectual, and professional competencies of the Junkers. 

e) Advancing the quality of military professional education. 

f) Planning and organizing the educational and material resources in coordination with the relevant units of the Academy. 

 

To fulfill these functions, the Junker Training Battalion:

 

a) Establishes military training programs and syllabi. 

b) Implements measures to improve the academic performance and disciplinary conduct of the Junkers. 

c) Develops curricula and submits them for approval to the Academic Council. 

d) Organizes and supervises the combat training of the personnel in the Junker Training Battalion. 

e) Maintains records of the weapons, combat equipment, and other property of the Junker Training Battalion.   

f) Ensures the organization of physical training for the Junkers. 

g) Carries out any other functions specified by legislation, this Regulation, and individual administrative and legal directives from the Rector.
