G-4 Service

Main functions

The functions of the Service are as follows:

a) To manage and monitor the process of receiving property transferred to the Academy by the Ministry of Defense of Georgia.

b) To supply the Academy's structural units with necessary inventory and equipment, considering the material reserves available.

c) To receive goods, services, and works within its area of responsibility, based on contracts established by the Academy's Procurement Department, or to monitor the receipt of these items as specified in the contract.

d) To oversee electronic and documentary accounting for goods received and issued by the Academy.

e) To implement and monitor the condition of the Academy’s warehouses and facilities within its area of responsibility.

f) To participate in the Academy's material and technical inventory processes.

g) To coordinate with structural units of the Ministry of Defense of Georgia and the Georgian Defense Forces.

h) To carry out other functions within its area of competence, as defined by legislation, these regulations, and individual administrative-legal acts from the Rector.
