The functions of the service include the following:
a) Preparing the necessary documentation for the appointment, transfer, and dismissal of Academy personnel (academic, administrative, military, and support) and submitting it to management.
b) Maintaining and storing personal files and workbooks of Academy personnel in accordance with established procedures.
c) Reviewing correspondence received by the service and ensuring the accuracy of documents submitted to management within the scope of its responsibilities.
d) Preparing current and comprehensive statistical reports on personnel employed at the Academy and submitting them to the relevant departments following established formats and procedures.
e) Producing information regarding personnel demand and opportunities for skill enhancement.
f) Developing a personnel training and qualification improvement plan in coordination with the relevant structural units of the Academy and submitting it to management.
g) Drafting and submitting documents related to personnel matters (hiring, promotion, dismissal, leave, business trips, and other orders within the scope of responsibilities) as needed.
h) Maintaining a comprehensive electronic database of employed personnel.
i) Preparing insurance data for personnel and submitting it to the relevant service according to established procedures.
j) Organizing the receipt of documents for educational and military professional courses/programs offered by the Academy.
k) Completing the officer's file for the graduates.
l) Conducting evaluations and managing current personnel.
m) Concluding contracts for enlisted professional military personnel (officer, corporal-sergeant, private, student) and monitoring the term of these contracts.
n) Overseeing the duration of the next military rank for contracted professional military personnel.
o) Presenting military personnel of the Academy and those to be drafted into the Defense Forces to the relevant service, ensuring their health status is checked and their suitability for military service is determined.
p) Implementing a human resources management system that includes job analysis, job descriptions, professional development, and career management.
q) Preparing the necessary documents and orders to recognize and reward personnel.
r) Drafting job descriptions outlining the functions and duties of personnel.
s) Monitoring the maintenance of personal files of personnel (Junkers) by the S-1 service of the Junker Training Battalion Headquarters and ensuring the accuracy of accounting documents.
t) Performing any other functions defined by legislation, these regulations, and specific administrative-legal acts of the Rector, as applicable.
