Functions of the Service:
a) Accepting goods, services, and works based on contracts within the scope of competence.
b) Accepting relevant property transferred to the Academy in accordance with Georgian legislation.
c) Supplying the Academy's structural units with necessary inventory and equipment, considering existing stock levels.
d) Maintaining electronic and documentary records of received and issued goods.
e) Implementing systematic control over warehouse operations.
f) Overseeing warehouse activities.
g) Managing the receipt and issuance of supplies in the warehouse, along with the relevant documentation.
h) Ensuring the proper operation and control of the auto equipment registered at the Academy.
i) Collaborating with authorized auto technical service centers as specified in contracts.
j) Effectively and efficiently delivering household services for the Academy and exercising oversight over these services.
k) Providing medical care for Academy personnel.
l) Participating in the Academy's material and technical inventory process.
m) Monitoring the condition of the Academy's infrastructure and conducting necessary maintenance work as required.
n) Performing other functions as defined by relevant legislation and individual administrative and legal acts issued by the Rector within the scope of competence.
