National Defence Academy hosted NATO Military Liaison Officer to Georgia, Colonel Gintaras Bagdonas on 13th of April, 2021. In frames of the visit Colonel held a meeting with the rector of the National Defence Academy of Georgia, Brigadier General Mamia Balakhadze, herewith, he was introduced to ongoing military training and education process at the academy and gained information on existing NATO support programs and future plans.

In April 5-9, 2021, five Junkers of National Defence Academy of Georgia – Nikoloz Shautidze, Luka Bogveradze, Dachi Pichkhnarashvili, Nikoloz Gvalia and Paata Chinchaladze successfully participated in International Symposium – “Implications of Covid-19 Pandemic on National Security” organized by the University of North Georgia.

Submission of Documents at the National Defense Academy started today.  For the registered applicants, an internal selection phase will be held from April 7 to June 11, which includes a physical fitness test, psychological selection and medical examination.

In March 22-15, 2021, team of National Defence Academy of Georgia consisting of Junkers – Veriko Tordia, Amiran Akhalauri, Nikoloz Gvalia and Captain Revaz Toronjadze successfully participated and gained victory  in “19th Law of Armed Conflict Competition for Military Academies” organized online by International Institute of Humanitarian Law in Sanremo, Italy.

Today, the third year cadets of the General Giorgi Kvinitadze Cadet Military Lyceum visited the National Defense Academy.
