Terms and Conditions for Accepting the Applicants

There will be an admission at bachelor educational program of LEPL – Davit Agmashenebeli National Defense Academy of Georgia for:

1. Applicants who are under 24 years and have general certificate of secondary education and who registered at the National Examinations Centre of the Ministry of Education and Science from April 1, 2013 to April 20, 2013 and chose the following educational programs of NDA:

    1. 1 Military Logistics;

    1.2 Combined Arms Tactics;

    1.3 Military Communications;

    1.4 Air Defense Weaponry and Equipment;

    1.5 Artillery;

    1.6 Military Aviation;

    1.7 Military Engineering;

    1.8 Armor Weaponry and Equipment;

2. Applicants, who will undergo the medical examination from May 21 to June 28, 2013  IAW The Decree # 360  issued by the Minister of Defense on 24 December 1996 .

3. Applicants who will successfully pass the physical fitness test from May 13, 2013 to June 14, 2013 IAW the standards established in the Armed Forces.

4. Applicants who, after overcoming the competition at NDA (medical examination and physical fitness test) will be interviewed from 2013 May 20, 2013 to June 27, where readiness and motivation of applicants will be evaluated to get used to the National Defense Academy and serve as military servicemen after graduation from the academy according to the terms under the contract.

5. The applications will be accepted from April 29, 2013 to June 13, 2013 on the following address: the 5^th km of Tskhinvali Highway, Gori, Georgia. Contact number:  577 39 25 13; 577 19 06 46.

 List of applications:

    1. Announcement (fill in the form at the reception commission). 

    2. Autobiography (handwritten, hard copy) – 2 copies.

    3. (Original) copy of General Certificate of Education – 2 copies ((original) copy of diploma in higher education if it is) – 2 copies.

    4. Copy of birth certificate – 2 copies.

    5. Copy of marriage certificate – 2 copies.

    6. Copies of family members identification cards (parents, spouse, children) – 2 copies.

    7. Copy of children birth certificate - 2 copies.

    8. Document about pension– 2 copies.

    9. Certificate of conviction – 2 copies.

    10. Letter of reference from the last occupation (school) – 2 copies.

    11. Document from drug addiction center - 2 copies.

    12. Health certificate (Form N IV-100/a) – 2 copies.

    13. (Original) copy of identification card – 2 copies.

    14. 3X4 Photo – 6.

    15. Electronic version of the photo – 1.

    16. Folder (paperboard) – 2 copies.

 

Note:

    1. The reservists should also submit the (original) copy of military service card – 2 copies.

    2. Recruits must submit a copy (original) of certificate in recruitment – 2 copies.
