The Second Phase of the Summer Camp Started in the Academy

The second phase of the summer camp started in the National Defence Academy on August 7. The project is implemented together with the Ministry of Education, Culture, and Sports of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara. The summer camp will last for one week at the National Defence Academy, and the 10th and 11th-grade pupils of public schools of Khulo municipality will take part in it.

Within the framework of the summer camp program, pupils are involved in various sports, cultural, educational events, and cognitive competitions.

The participants of the program had meetings with the leadership of the Academy; were also given theoretical and practical fire training lessons; marksmanship at the simulation center; they took part in the intellectual game "What?" where? When?''; visited the memorial of fallen heroes in the village Shindisi, Ateni valley and the Uplistsikhi museum reserve.

The project aims to raise the patriotic spirit among young people and popularize the army.

The summer camp program at the Academy will continue until the end of the summer.
