NDA hosted students of public schools of Akhalkalaki municipality

David Aghmashenebeli National Defence Academy of Georgia hosted students of public schools of Akhalkalaki municipality. Within the framework of the visit, the students met the leadership of the Academy and got acquainted with the tasks of the Academy. During a week, adolescents took part in sports, cultural, educational events, and cognitive competitions. Theoretical and practical lessons of fire drills, as well as simulated shootings, were particularly interesting for them. The adolescents had the opportunity to participate in the intellectual game - "What? where When?'' Within the framework of the visit to the Academy, they visited the memorial of fallen heroes in the village of Shindisi, they also visited the Uplistsikhi museum-reserve and had an impressive one-day field trip to the Ateni valley.

The purpose of the students' visit to NDA is to increase awareness of the Academy, raise the patriotic spirit among the young generation, and popularize the Georgian Army. The National Defence Academy will host schoolchildren throughout the summer.
