President of Georgia, Mikheil Kavelashvili, visited the David Agmashenebeli National Defence Academy of Georgia

President of Georgia, Mikheil Kavelashvili, visited the David Agmashenebeli National Defence Academy of Georgia. During his visit, he was welcomed by Vice Prime Minister, Minister of Defence Irakli Chikovani, Commander of the Defence Forces Major General Giorgi Matiashvili, and other senior officials of the institution.

The Rector of the Academy, Brigadier General Mamia Balakhadze, provided the President with an overview of the Academy's structure, goals, and objectives. Mikheil Kavelashvili toured various facilities, including the Junkers’ dormitories, classrooms, medical center, recreational and sports areas, as well as the Academy's museum. He also left a note in the guest book.
