As part of Occupation Week, the Day of Remembrance for Junkers was commemorated in Terjola. The event was attended by the Junkers from the Junker Training Battalion of the LEPL - David Aghmashenebeli National Defence Academy of Georgia. A wreath was laid at the Heroes' Memorial, and the leaders of Terjola Municipality honored the memory of the Junkers.
As part of the ceremony, Metropolitan Giorgi of the Terjola and Tkibuli Diocese, accompanied by the clergy, conducted a memorial service to honor the souls of the Georgian Junkers.
