5th International Conference
The delegation from the National Defence Academy participated in the 5th International Conference on "Human Security: Addressing Challenges and Enhancing Resilience," organized by the International Forum for Peace, Security, and Prosperity in Palermo, Italy.
The conference addressed various issues, including hybrid warfare, the impact of war on children, and human security approaches, through three distinct panels. Junkers Demetre Chkhaidze and Sopo Kakhniashvili from the National Defence Academy contributed to the academic segment of the forum by presenting on the topic "The Impact of War on Children."
Approximately 80 educational institutions and 25 international organizations attended the forum, which featured academic sessions led by professors from some of the world's leading military educational institutions.
The event offered a platform for educational institutions to exchange information and identify areas for future collaboration. Additionally, it helped develop the social and communication skills of the Junkers, allowing them to gain valuable insights into contemporary challenges and experience in related fields.
