An award ceremony
An award ceremony for the Academy personnel was held at the National Defence Academy Parade Ground.
By order of the Chief of the Defence Forces of Georgia, five service members were promoted to their next military ranks.
For demonstrating exemplary discipline and high standards in academics and physical training over the past month, four Junkers and two students were presented with personal gifts from the commander of the National Defence Academy. Additionally, two service members and two civilian employees were awarded Certificates of Honor for their diligent, high-quality performance of duty.
The ceremony concluded with the distinguished Junkers raising the National Flag.
