Military Leadership
This year, the "Military Leadership" training module was held at the Nicolae Bălcescu Land Forces Academy in Romania. Fourth-year Junker of the Junker Training Battalion of the National Defence Academy participated alongside representatives from military educational institutions of various countries.
The program comprised both theoretical and practical components, aimed at strengthening leadership skills and enhancing critical thinking. The training module concluded with an exam, which the Junkers of the Academy successfully passed.
Such training programs contribute to deepening communication, as well as sharing knowledge and experience, among the military educational institutions of partner nations.
