A Memorandum of Understanding
A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between the David Aghmashenebeli National Defence Academy of Georgia and the Emergency Management Service of Georgia. The document was signed by the Commander of the National Defence Academy, Brigadier General Mamia Balakhadze, and the Head of the Emergency Management Service, Major General of Civil Security Teimuraz Mghebrishvili.
The signing ceremony was attended by leadership figures from both the National Defence Academy and the Emergency Management Service.
The memorandum aims to strengthen partnership between the parties, share professional knowledge and experience, and implement joint projects in both educational and practical fields.
As part of the event, the guests toured the Academy's infrastructure, library, classrooms, laboratories, and museum spaces.
