Training for the National Defence Academy Librarians

Today was the conclusion of the training held for the NDA librarians.

Above mentioned training was held in the framework of the memorandum and action plan collaborated between National Defence Academy of UK and the National Defence Academy of Georgia.

Deputy Head of Library and Information Services at Prince Consort’s Library, Mrs. Rachel Brown conducted 4 day training for the NDA librarians. The training included effective research strategies, theory of customer relations, resource evolution, internet and collection development.

Mrs. Brown handed over the certificates to the participants.

Deputy Ambassador of Great Britain in Georgia, Mr. Jon Geddes, Assistant of Defence Attaché of Great Britain, Staff-Sergeant Scott Maynard and NDA Rector, Mr. Zurab Agladze attended the ceremony.
