Personnel Policy Experts at the National Defence Academy

Today, the experts of the nonprofit corporation RAND visited the National Defence Academy. The RAND Corporation helps government entities to improve policy and decision making through research and analysis.

Human Resource Management and Professional Development Department of the Ministry of Defence of Georgia and the J-1 Personnel Department of the General Staff is closely working with the American experts on the personnel policy issues.

In the framework of today’s visit, the American experts familiarized themselves with  the personnel policy and work of the NDA Human Resource Management Section, as well as the activities carried out by the cooperation with the Human Resource Management and Professional Development Department of MoD and the J-1 Personnel Department of the General Staff. They also had an opportunity to view the Academy material-technical base.
