The Memorandum of Understanding was concluded between Davit Agmashenebeli National Defence Academy and Baltic Defence College. Deputy Defence Minister, acting as rector of National Defence Academy Andro Barnovi and Commandant of Baltic Defence College, Brigadier General Meelis Kiil signed the document.
The document aims to develop cooperation and share experience between the defence educational institutions; the Memorandum includes exchange programs for students, professors and tutors as well.
The guests have visited National Defence Academy in Gori today. The delegation members attended the seminar which was especially held for them by the Georgian side. The main topics of the seminar were the education and training system, also defence and security strategies.
The Baltic Defence College delegation consists of 25 members paid a visit in Georgia within the framework of high command training course. During four days the delegation members held meetings in the Ministry of Defence of Georgia, Security Council and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia.
