Lecture for the Command and Staff College Listeners
Today, the Chief of Georgian Armed Forces, Brigadier General Vladimer Chachibaia and the Deputy Secretary of the National Security Council of Georgia, Mrs Teona Akubardia delivered the lecture on Strategic Military Leadership to the Listeners of the Command and Staff Course of the NDA Command and Staff College.
Brigadier General discussed the Leadership and Management on an operational level. Chief of GAF talked about the role of the strategic military leader in the GAF and their qualities.
Mrs Akubardia discussed the leadership on political-strategic level. During the lecture Deputy NSC Secretary highlighted the importance of political leadership in military strategic and political decision making process. Mrs Akubardia also reviewed the international practice.
After the lecture the Course Listeners asked questions to the guests regarding the military and strategic leadership.
