A winter field exercise was conducted for the students of the Candidate Course of the National Defence Academy and fourth-year Junkers in Samtskhe-Javakheti, near Akhalkalaki.

New educational and cognitive spaces have been established at the David Aghmashenebeli National Defence Academy of Georgia.  These new classrooms focus on the following topics: "The History of the Struggle of the Georgian Nation against Foreign Invaders," "Campaigns and Battles of the Georgians," "Kings of United Georgia," and "The Evolution of Military Forces."

The Rector of the National Defence Academy, Brigadier General Mamia Balakhadze, held a summary meeting with the leadership and heads of various structural units of the Academy.

Today, an award ceremony was held for the personnel of the National Defence Academy at the parade ground. Brigadier General Mamia Balakhadze, the Rector of the Academy, presented “Junker” statuettes to the personnel in recognition of their significant contributions to the institutional development of the Academy, as well as their conscientious and high-quality performance of assigned duties.
