As part of Occupation Week, the Day of Remembrance for Junkers was commemorated in Terjola. The event was attended by the Junkers from the Junker Training Battalion of the LEPL - David Aghmashenebeli National Defence Academy of Georgia.

The leaders, personnel, and the Junkers of the David Aghmashenebeli National Defence Academy of Georgia commemorated the heroes who sacrificed their lives in the struggle against Soviet occupation in 1921, as part of Occupation Week.

Two second-year Junkers from the Training Battalion of the LEPL - David Aghmashenebeli National Defence Academy of Georgia, Davit Davituri and Giorgi Shatirishvili, participated in the “Leadership Conference” held at the Naval Academy in Annapolis, USA.

A winter field exercise was conducted for the students of the Candidate Course of the National Defence Academy and fourth-year Junkers in Samtskhe-Javakheti, near Akhalkalaki.

New educational and cognitive spaces have been established at the David Aghmashenebeli National Defence Academy of Georgia.  These new classrooms focus on the following topics: "The History of the Struggle of the Georgian Nation against Foreign Invaders," "Campaigns and Battles of the Georgians," "Kings of United Georgia," and "The Evolution of Military Forces."
