Today the training on gender issues was held for the NDA Captain Career School Listeners. In the framework of the training, the Head of NDA Administration, Mrs. Maia Avaliani discussed the gender equality principles, the importance and raising awareness of the UN Security Council Resolution 1325: Women, Peace and Security. 

The Head of NDA Administration, Mrs. Maia Avaliani and the Head of the International Law Division of the Ministry of Defence, Mr. Giorgi Amanatidze delivered the lecture for the NDA Training Battalion Officers and Sergeants regarding the Gender Equality and United Nations Security Council Resolution № 1325: Women, Peace and Security.

Today was the conclusion of the three day tactical simulation training of the DNA Captain Career School Maneuver, Artillery, Military-Engineering, Logistics, Personnel, Military-Intelligence and Signal Courses.

Today the movie Director, Mr. Eldar Shengelaia and the Director of Georgian National Center of Cinematography, Mrs. Nana Janelidze visited NDA.

Today 80 Listeners of the Infantry Officer Training Course of the NDA Junior Officer School were given certificates and badges for successfully finishing the three week Summer Mountain Training Course. The Summer Mountain Training Course was held at the Sachkhere Mountain Training School from 25th of April, 2014 to 11th of May.
